Graphite Crucibles
High-Performance Graphite Crucibles for Industrial Applications
Graphite crucibles are manufactured using high-quality raw materials including graphite, silicon carbide, silica, refractory clay, pitch, and tar. Known for their excellent thermal conductivity and superior high-temperature resistance, graphite crucibles maintain a low coefficient of thermal expansion even under extreme heat, offering exceptional durability against rapid heating and cooling cycles. In addition to outstanding thermal properties, graphite crucibles are highly resistant to acidic and alkaline environments and deliver excellent chemical stability, making them ideal for harsh industrial conditions.
Due to these advanced characteristics, graphite crucibles are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, casting, mechanical engineering, and chemical processing. They are essential for the smelting of alloy tool steels, non-ferrous metals, and specialty alloys.
Explore our range of high-temperature, chemical-resistant graphite crucibles — engineered for performance and reliability in every industrial process.
Graphite Dies & Molds

High-Performance Graphite Crucibles for Industrial Applications
Graphite In the metal processing industry, electrical machining methods are primarily categorized into two types: electric thermal methods, which utilize the heat effect of current, and electrochemical methods, based on the chemical effect of current. Electrical discharge machining (EDM), also referred to as spark erosion or spark machining, is a widely used electric thermal method.
EDM works by utilizing the electro corrosion effect that occurs between a graphite electrode and the metal workpiece during a pulse spark discharge. This process removes excess metal to achieve the desired dimensions, shape, and surface finish of the component with high precision.
Graphite electrodes for EDM are ideal for machining not only standard materials but also metals that are hard to process using traditional cutting methods — including those with high melting points, high hardness, and high toughness. These electrodes enable exceptional accuracy, making them especially suitable for complex mold components and precision parts.
